How much time does it take to ship orders?

What is your order cancellation policy?

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund, up to 2 hours after the date and time of the order. Cancellations after 2 hours will not be accepted.

What is your order returns policy?

We offer a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us at woof@thebarknbow.store within 2 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. We will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.

How much time does it take to process the refund?

In an event order is cancelled 2 hours after the order has been placed then we process your full refund in 2 business days. The refund will be processed via direct bank transfer to the recipients account.

Do you take custom and bulk orders?

Yes. If you have custom and bulk card requirements then we can deliver it based on your requirements.
